The history of Shangbaotai begins with the entrepreneurial vision of Wu Haichi, who founded the company in 1975.

In January, the company moved to the new production base in Zhoushi Town and increased the capital fund to RMB 80 million yuan.
In June, we delieved 2 high-speed instant noodles processing lines to Hukou Uni-president in Taiwan new plant, providing them online production and cloud monitoring system.
In Augest of 2015, President Mr.Wu visited headquarters factory of KHS in Germany to increase opportunities for cooperation.
Successfully develop high-speed automatic processing line of instant noodles for Uni-president, a total of 37processing lines have been put into service. At the same time, Shangbaotai and Uni­-president jointly applyied for 6 invention patents and more than18 utility patents.
In October, production base of Shangbaotai Machine Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. started a construction in Zhoushi Town Kunshan City.
Shangbaotai Technogy Machinery Company Limited was found in Tainan and at the same time overseas business department and foreign sales & service base
were built up.
In May of 2012, after 2 years building, headquaters of Shangbaotai Technology
started to put into use.
Shangbaotai Machine Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was established in Kunshan with capital fund of RMB 20 million yuan.
In 2011, Shangbaotai Machine Technology (Kunshan) Co., ltd was established, the production center moved from Shenzhen to East China.
After five-year cooperative development with jiujiuai in Sichuan, non-fried and
multi-grains noodles production system has been formally put into operation.
Inspired by slogan'Eat six-grains, get healthier bodies', Shangbaoti and Jiujiuai jointly develop new instant noodles equipments.
The first unit of full-automatic capping machine was exported to Russia and started to expand foreign business.
In 2005, President Wu Haichi visited headquaters of Kikkoman Corporation.
Develop automatic packaging machines for instant noodles and put them on the market.
Start the development of PET blowing molds and successfully delivery the
first set of molds to Jianlibao Group.
Reorganize Zhizhong Iron and Yongxiang Machinery to build Taizhi Machinery (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd with capital fund of RMB 2 million yuan.
Provide Kikkoman Corporation the largest koji-making equipment in Asia.
In 2001, Taizhi Company obtained registered trademark and started to develop
automatic instant noodles packaging machine.
The company moved to Mainland and found Yongxiang Machinery Factory in Shenzhen, Guangdong with main business of fishery machine and food machine
parts.
In 1989, sponsored scholarships for a school and awarded certificate from the principal.
Zhizhong Iron Factory was established at Tainan in Taiwan. Initial business scope is parts maintenance for oil machines. At the time of a rough beginning, there are only two employees.
