The integrated design of the fryer is to ensure thorough frying and good shape of the noodle while ensuring frying time and frying temperature. Three-area and tabulate oil injection mode is used for the oil area and may be separately controlled to ensure the crosswise uniformity of oil temperature. The front and back oil temperature in the fryer may be conveniently set ideal oil temperature gradient to effectively reduce the oil content of the noodle and meet the customers’ process requirement for different products.
